The Branan Field-Chaffee Expressway is a state highway designated State Road 23. It consists of a series of projects with the
purpose of providing traffic relief on Blanding Boulevard (SR 21), 103rd Street,
Normandy Boulevard, and Chaffee Road and is considered an important planned roadway
network for both Clay and Duval Counties in Florida. In January 2009, the City of Jacksonville named State Road 23 in Duval County the Cecil Commerce Center Parkway and in April signs were erected over Interstate 10 with the new name.
